II. Kidney Yin Deficiency

Symptom Manifestations: These individuals usually fear heat and sweat easily, especially sweating during sleep at night; they experience dryness in the body, dry mouth and throat, and rough, peeling skin.

III. Deficiency of Kidney Qi
Look at the tongue: The tongue is pale in color, relatively tender, lacks luster on the surface, and has a thin, white, and moist coating.
Symptom Manifestation: This type of patient experiences incontinence of urine and stool, general weakness, shortness of breath upon movement, and a pale, dull complexion.

IV. Insufficiency of Kidney Essence
Observing the tongue: The tongue color is dark and lacks luster, with cracks on the surface. The tongue is thin, small, and somewhat hard. The tongue coating is thin, white, and dry, with a dull surface and petechiae along the edges.
Symptom Manifestations: Individuals of this type often experience dizziness and tinnitus, premature graying of hair, loose teeth, poor memory, slow development, and reduced fertility.
