What do you use for exercise?

There are actually a lot of ways to work out, and every day I mainly use the following free-as-you-can-exercise methods:

Morning: wake up at 6am, start running at 6:10am, jogging and walking after 6:50am.

Running: the easiest, most effective, and can be started whenever you have the time.

It can keep you fit and healthy, and long-distance runners also develop tough endurance and perseverance.


7:00After the beginning of the leg press: the leg press is usually a warm-up exercise before the competition sports, but also the basic skills inside the martial arts, the leg press can protect the skeletal muscles to avoid injury. Pressing the legs after running pulls the ligaments, thickens the leg muscles and shapes the perfect body shape.

Evening:One hour before bedtime

Push-ups: about 100 in sets of 20.

Sit-ups: 60 in sets of 15.

Plank support: 5 reps of 1 minute and 20 seconds each.

Deep squats: they work your leg muscles and glutes.

Need to use money for equipment:

Jump rope: pay attention to after jumping, remember to stretch, otherwise the calf muscles will become thicker.

Running has a very significant effect on shaping one's body shape, losing weight, enhancing physical fitness, improving and preventing diseases, increasing resistance, boosting metabolism, changing one's appearance, improving willpower and gaining self-confidence.

Running makes people happy and the change in people is obvious, so for exercise, my method of choice is running. It's my first choice, and when friends around me ask me to recommend them ways to exercise and get fit, the first thing I recommend is also running.

It's a time to follow your dreams, and your body is what you need to follow your dreams. I've customized my own workout package. One and a half hours in the morning, bad weather will sleep. 5:00 wake up; 5:30-6:00 jogging; 6:00-6:50 tai chi, equipment; 6:50-7:10 abdominal wheel, kneeling position 3 groups of 60, standing position 1 group of 10. No less than 20 days a month, has adhered to 5 years, the effect is good.

Swimming, tennis, brisk walking. The key is actually persistence!
