What constitutes premature ejaculation?

What constitutes premature ejaculation?

Hello! I am glad to answer your question!

Premature ejaculation is among the most common sexual dysfunctions among adult men. Studies have shown that about 50-70% of adult men are suffering or have suffered from premature ejaculation.

According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association, there are a total of three diagnostic criteria for premature ejaculation: (1) Repeated ejaculation many times when subjected to very little sexual stimulation, which should exclude external environmental factors, such as age, new sexual partners, frequency of sexual intercourse and so on. (2) Both partners feel obvious pain. (3) Rule out drug factors, such as alcohol, poppers, and so on.

In practice these standards are difficult to enforce strictly. Since the patient is generally troubled by this aspect of the idea, the doctor should give some help. Either alleviating the mental burden or prescribing a little adjunctive medication can be a comfort to the patient.

Overall the length of time is of little significance, it's how both partners feel that counts. Problems arise whenever both partners are dissatisfied with the duration of intercourse. Some couples are able to last ten minutes, but as long as one partner is dissatisfied it needs to be dealt with. Conversely, some couples may be over in 3-5 minutes, but as long as both partners feel satisfied it is not called premature ejaculation. (Image courtesy of the internet)

The general rule of thumb for how long it takes for a man to ejaculate is to say that any ejaculation within three minutes of the start of sex is considered premature ejaculation. Often premature ejaculation is a feeling of the partner.

Normal sex/life is usually 15 - 40 minutes.

Below 15 minutes, the time is a little short, if both parties can achieve full/full, is not need to treat.

Below 5 minutes mild premature ejaculation must be treated.

Below 3 minutes moderate premature ejaculation must be treated.

Less than 1 minute or ejaculation before sex is considered severe premature ejaculation and must be treated.

You're not from a Chinese hospital? [laughs] Ask the doctor. Personally, I think less than 30 minutes counts. [laughs] [laughs]

Seriously, there's no standard for this. You can't be stuck in time every time. Everything is divided into people not so absolute. Let's say I do, and mood, physical condition has a lot to do with, not counting foreplay, good times forty to fifty minutes without ejaculation, almost catching up with the national football team. When it's bad, it's less than ten minutes.

Watch it! Depends on the mood!

In a good mood, you really can't cum! In a bad mood, all of a sudden it comes out. Personally, I think that the two people together climbed to the peak even if it is good, the man first on the top of the mountain belongs to premature ejaculation!
