Out of the defense of Chinese medicine, I also clicked on the video of Ni Haixia, his Mandarin is indeed very bad, but I understand ah, not only understand, but also feel very friendly, because he is a Taiwanese, I am a southern Minnan people ah! Haha ...... So the study of acupuncture began. Later on, I also watched his video on typhoid theory, which is very different from Prof. Hao Wanshan's. I almost vomited when I took a sip of the tea, it was very bitter, I haven't drank much Chinese medicine since I was a kid, and it was really hard to swallow those few sips at the beginning. It was really hard to swallow the first few sips. It is clearly Chinese medicine.

I drank that herbal tea and slept much better that night, and my sore throat cleared up the next day. It's strange to be in Guangdong for the first time, even drinking plain water makes me hot.

As a result of this experience, I saved myself the trouble and went directly to the drugstore to buy the kind of herbal tea that can be brewed, such as Xiasangju, Xihuangcao, and so on.

Then I realized that when I drank these herbal teas, my stomach was bloated, I had frequent diarrhea, and my sore throat would not be relieved anymore.

It wasn't until I learned moxibustion later in life, along with self-taught pCms, that my spleen and stomach slowly got better and my sore throat, which was often on fire, corrected itself. Now I don't get fire even if I eat randomly.
