What are the signs of bad lungs? How to be alert?

Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor and the first cause of cancer death in China and even in the whole world, and we find that the incidence rate of lung cancer is higher in men than in women, in urban than in rural areas, and in older age! All these phenomena fully illustrate one point: the occurrence of lung cancer has some special triggering factors, and it is a process of continuous damage to the lungs, which ultimately leads to the occurrence of lung cancer! Therefore, timely detection of bad lungs can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of lung cancer!

How do we evaluate whether our lungs are good or not, and what will our bodies show if they are not?

First, bad lungs can show up as abnormalities in lung tests! We have a test in respiratory medicine called pulmonary function test, which is one of the mandatory tests for respiratory diseases, and it can detect the degree of our airway patency, the size of our lung capacity, lung or airway diseases such as asthma, and also assess the severity of respiratory diseases and so on. However, its accuracy is affected by the degree of cooperation of the patient. Caution:Lung function tests are completely different from chest radiographs and chest CTs, which can only detect substantial lung diseases, such as lung tumors and pneumonia.

ii,Bad lungs can manifest as different symptoms in the body!

  1. dyspnea.. It is manifested in terms of respiratory frequency, depth and rhythm, etc. Clinically, it is categorized as acute, chronic and recurrent according to the speed of attack. Among them, acute with chest pain is often suggestive of pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc., andSpecial attention should be paid to: patients with pulmonary infarction and left heart failure are prone to nocturnal paroxysms of dyspnea!
  2. Chest tightness and shortness of breath after activity. If your lungs are not good, you will be prone to chest tightness and shortness of breath when you are active, and the feeling will be relieved again after resting!

  3. Chest pain.In fact, our body's lungs and some of the dirty pleura are not sensitive to pain, only when our body suffers from pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung infarction, lung abscess and other lesions involving the dirty pleura will have chest pain symptoms occur. So in general, chest pain with high fever, we can initially consider pneumonia ;When there is a vague pain in the lungs that continues to worsen over time with a knife-like pain, we should rule out whether it is lung cancer!
  4. Coughing up phlegm.Bad lungs and acute attacks tend to irritate the nerves triggering a cough, and when a persistent and increasing cough with shortness of breath occurs, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis or bronchoalveolar carcinoma should be considered. The character, amount and odor of sputum are very helpful in the diagnosis of lung disease. Generally, when the sputum turns from white foam or mucus to purulent, it is mostly bacterial infection; a large amount of yellow pus sputum is usually found in lung abscess or bronchiectasis; rusty sputum is likely to be Streptococcus pneumoniae infection; reddish-brown jelly-like sputum is likely to be Klebsiella pneumoniae infection; when accompanied by anaerobic infection, the purulent sputum will have a foul smell; pulmonary edema coughs pink thin foamy sputum; pulmonary amoebiasis shows coffee-like sputum; In schistosomiasis, the sputum is jam-like and so on!
  5. blood circulating within the body (often as a metaphor for strong emotion or hot-bloodedness). One of the common symptoms of tuberculosis, lung cancer is often blood inside the sputum, hemoptysis short-term okay, for fear of a long time low requirements, must do a good job coordinating!

How can you be on the lookout for bad lungs?

  1. Reduce or prohibit smoking, drinking and other bad habits.Smoking is bad for your health, I shouldn't need to tell you that;
  2. Exercises such as long-distance running and swimming are effective in improving lung function!
  3. Eat well., especially those with malfunctioning lungs, should eat more food that moisturizes and clears the lungs, such as turnips, pears, fungus, soy milk, honey, and lung-clearing soups made with herbs such as snow fungus, lotus seeds, lily of the valley, and pork chop soup.
  4. Observe the first sputum in the morning.Usually, in the early and middle stages of lung cancer, it will not invade the large blood vessels, but will invade the small capillaries, resulting in a small amount of slow blood oozing out, which collects and accumulates at night, and you will find that the lung cancer patients wake up in the morning with blood in the first sputum.

Each of us has two lungs. The main function of the lungs is to be responsible for ventilation, taking in oxygen and then removing the carbon dioxide produced by metabolism from the body. After the blood passes through the lungs, it changes from venous blood to arterial blood.

Our lungs have a very strong compensatory capacity, if the lung function is mildly impaired, there is usually no obvious abnormality, if the lung function is seriously impaired, there will be very obvious symptoms. With bad lungs, the following symptoms can occur:

(1) Shortness of breath after activity

After a person's activity, the metabolism speeds up and requires more oxygen. If the body's lungs do not function well, it will lead to a lack of oxygen in the body, and the patient will suffer from accelerated breathing, cyanotic lips, and a rapid heartbeat. The activity distance where the symptoms appear can be long or short, some people will be short of breath when they walk 1000 meters, and some people will be short of breath when they walk 100 meters. The shorter the distance, the more severe the shortness of breath, indicating poorer lung function.

(2) Coughing up phlegm

Coughing up phlegm is a relatively common respiratory symptom. Coughing is a protective mechanism to expel secretions from the respiratory tract, and is commonly associated with pneumonia, COPD, lung cancer, bronchitis, asthma, respiratory allergies, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, and more.

Coughing is often accompanied by sputum, which in the case of respiratory infections is usually described as yellow or yellowish-white with pus inside. In patients with bronchiectasis or lung cancer, the sputum is often accompanied by blood, known as coughing up blood.

(3) Chest pain

Patients with respiratory diseases can have chest tightness and chest pain. Pneumonia, lung cancer and pleurisy can cause chest pain, which is aggravated when breathing. Take lung cancer as an example, most patients with lung cancer do not have pain, but if the cancer cells invade the pleura, nerves or ribs, they will have pain.

In addition to the symptoms, there are a number of tests that need to be done in order to diagnose lung disease and detect the problem at an early stage, and some of the common means of testing are spirometry, chest CT, sputum cultures, and so on.

Lungs are important respiratory organs of the human body, the supply of oxygen in the body depends on the lungs, it if the problem directly affects people's quality of life, the lungs will have those manifestations of bad?

First, flushing, flushing is usually seen in the facial manifestations caused by tuberculosis, pulmonary heart disease or lung infections.

Secondly, shortness of breath, wheezing as well as dyspnea, the presence of diseases in the lungs causing breathing difficulties, such as large amounts of pleural effusion, asthma, etc., the lack of oxygen in the body can result in cyanosis of the lips and the opening and closing of the nostrils.

Thirdly, coughing, coughing up sputum and coughing up blood. Lung cancer often manifests itself in prolonged irritating dry cough and coughing up blood; chronic bronchitis patients cough up yellow sputum, indicating irreversible damage to the bronchial tubes.

Fourth, the tip of the nose sweating, the tip of the nose sweating does not necessarily mean that the body has a problem, it may also be a normal phenomenon, but if it is often like this, the Chinese medicine saying is the manifestation of lung qi deficiency.

Fifth, chest pain. Lung cancer and tuberculosis can cause pain in the chest, and chest pain should be alerted.

Sixth, pestle finger, bronchiectasis can cause pestle-like changes in the fingers.

So how do we tell if our lungs are okay?

First, take a deep breath and then hold your breath, hold your breath for a long time to determine the size of the lung capacity, generally hold your breath for about thirty-five seconds is considered qualified, less than this value may be respiratory system problems.

Second, a short period of strenuous exercise, exercise needs oxygen, if a short period of strenuous exercise, the face does not change color heart does not jump, that you lung function is normal, and vice versa.

Third, you can go to the hospital for a physical examination of the chest, such as lung function, chest radiographs, and chest CT.

Warm tips to quit smoking can quit, as little as possible to go to the second-hand smoke and irritating odors of the occasion, the house often open the windows to ventilate, reasonable exercise, these can protect the lungs, enhance the function of the lungs.

I'm Dr. Hai, an imaging doctor, welcome to follow and share health knowledge regularly.

The lungs are the body's respiratory organs, and people with poor lungs can suffer from impaired gas ventilation and hyperventilation. The health of the lungs is closely related to an individual's quality of life, and the health of the lungs is important for longevity.

What are the symptoms that appear in people with bad lungs?

1. Cough Symptoms People with bad lungs are prone to cough symptoms, and the cough is more stubborn. Many people take cough medicine directly to treat cough symptoms. For repeated cough that cannot be relieved, it may be caused by certain lung tumors, and it is best to go to the hospital to do the appropriate examination.

2. hemoptysis symptoms People with bad lungs may have blood in sputum, or even hemoptysis, such as bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc., some patients will have varying degrees of hemoptysis, if you find that there are hemoptysis symptoms, be sure to consult a doctor right away, it may be caused by certain lung lesions, not to be taken lightly.

3. Chest tightness and shortness of breath In fact, the causes of chest tightness and shortness of breath are more reasons, the most common is lung disease, when the feeling of physical strength is not as good as before, a little bit of exercise, climbing stairs on the shortness of breath, not come up for air, indicating that the decline in lung capacity, may be caused by bad lungs. Severe lung disease may cause dyspnea and require continuous oxygen intake.

4. Chest pain The lungs are located in the chest cavity of the human body, if there is a problem with the lungs, people will have symptoms of chest pain. For example, tuberculous pleurisy, lung cancer, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, etc., may appear different degrees of chest pain, if you feel the chest position is always hidden pain or stabbing pain, it is best to check immediately, may be a problem with the lungs.

5. Fever In some infections, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung abscess or fungal infection, patients also have fever. Patients with advanced lung cancer will have cancerous low-grade fever due to increased necrosis and metabolism of tumor cells.

6. Skin changes People with poor lungs will have dry, rough skin, dark spots, emaciated and dull face, flaky skin, enlarged pores, burnt hair and lack of luster. People with poor lung function will have cyanosis of the lips and lips and blue skin.

7. Pestle Finger The ends of the fingers of people with bad lungs grow thick and hammer-like, which is called pestle finger. This is called pestle finger. Pestle finger is due to the insufficient supply of oxygen in the blood, the end of the fingers or toes are thickened, hypertrophied, and enlarged in the shape of a pestle. Among lung diseases, pestle finger is most common in lung tumors and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

When the above symptoms occur, you need to be alert to the possibility of lung disease and go to the hospital in time for chest radiographs, chest CT, lung function tests and electrocardiograms, especially for people who have a high chance of developing lung disease, such as long-term smokers, people who are exposed to dust for a long period of time at work, people who have been exposed to oily fumes and chemical pollutants for a long period of time, people who have been living in the haze zone for a long period of time, and the elderly and the infirm.

(May 27, 2018 Dr. Tsang has questions and answers)

Young man: "Doctor, when I ride my bike to work every day, I always feel like someone is strangling me and it's hard to breathe, are my lungs bad?"

The doctor pointed to his head and said, "You have a very bad case of this; the problem here is much worse than the lungs."

Young man: "Are you saying I have a tumor in my brain?"

Doctor sweats: "This student, you have your clothes on backwards ......"

Young: "......"

What are the signs of bad lungs?

(1) Coughing and coughing up sputum:Long-term smoking or lung disease, the first manifestation is coughing, coughing up sputum, if the cough time > 3 weeks, you need to be vigilant, maybe lung cancer, maybe tuberculosis, both should not be underestimated.

② Hemoptysis:For blood in sputum, or directly coughing up blood. Mainly seen in tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, etc.

(iii) Chest pain:Persistent chest pain is commonly associated with pleurisy, bronchitis, bronchopulmonary cancer, etc. If chest pain is accompanied by hemoptysis, lung cancer should be suspected!

④ Cyanosis of lips and mouth/pestle fingers:It is mainly caused by insufficient oxygen in the blood and poor lung ventilation. It is common in chronic lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

⑤ Dyspnea after labor:It is a manifestation of pulmonary insufficiency. In severe cases, the patient is unable to perform even some basic physical labor, wheezing and having difficulty in breathing when he moves.

(vi) Decreased lung capacity:Spirometry is a simple but effective self-examination of lung function. Normal spirometry is 4217±690 ml for men and 3105±452 ml for women. if <80% it is reduced, 60%-80% is mild, 40%-60% is moderate and <40% is severe pulmonary insufficiency.

How can I prevent and be alert to lung disease?

① allergic reactions, should try to stay away from allergens (no flowers, carpets, paint, duck down, etc.); ② no smoking, to avoid smoke stimulation; ③ avoid cold and flu; ④ to avoid excessive stress and fatigue; ⑤ lung diseases, such as asthma, etc., to carry medication; conditions can be home oxygen therapy; ⑥ for the cough, chest pain, tightness of breath, pestle and mortar finger and other conditions, we need to consult the doctor in a timely manner.

The lungs are the body's respiratory organs, but also an important blood-producing organs, located in the chest cavity, left and right one, covering the heart. Lungs have lobes, left two right three, a total of five lobes. The lungs are connected to the larynx and the nose through the pulmonary system (trachea, bronchial tubes, etc.), so the larynx is the gateway to the lungs, and the nose is the external orifice of the lungs.

Lungs are the first line of defense of our body, Western medicine believes that the lungs are the most important respiratory organs of the human body, to complete the place of gas exchange. Chinese medicine believes that "the lungs, the official of the phase Fu, the rule of section out of it," and "all the gas, all belong to the lungs." Means that our lungs are like the prime minister, a person under, ten thousand people above, palm E. Excel son of God, assistant to the machine, in the human body plays an important role in the regulation of governance, dominating the human body's respiratory gas and all the gas, maintain and regulate the normal lifting and lowering of the whole body's qi in and out. However, "the lungs for the delicate organs" "warm evil up to receive, the first offense lungs", that is to say, the lungs are the most vulnerable to foreign evil organs, so not only in the fall need to support the lungs, should pay attention to the health of the lungs throughout the year.

The lungs as described in Chinese medicine

You can tell if your lungs are good by looking at these 3 things

1. Dull, rust-colored face

As the saying goes, "the lungs are in charge of the skin and hair", the skin and lung function are closely related.

Problems with lung function can lead to a lack of oxygen in the skin, which affects internal circulation and metabolism, thus toxins cannot be eliminated through normal metabolic channels and will accumulate in the face, making the skin look dull. If the color of the face is rusty, it usually means that the lung function has been affected more seriously.

In addition, in the view of Chinese medicine, worry hurts the lungs. From life we can also find that those who are worried about the people tend to be dark and gloomy, on the contrary, those who are positive and optimistic people tend to be bright red.

2、Blue and purple lips

The limbs of the body need a supply of oxygen all the time, and the supply of oxygen depends on the strength or otherwise of the lungs, when the lung function declines, the amount of oxygen ingested declines, and the lips are the part of the body where the amount of oxygen is most easily felt. When there is not enough oxygen, the lips will be blue and purple, probably because the function of the lungs is affected and not enough oxygen is obtained. On the contrary, if the lips are a reddish color, this often means that the oxygen supply is adequate and the lungs are healthy.

The lungs are the organs that take in oxygen, and the cardiovascular system is the one that delivers it. When the lips are blue and purple, not only could there be a problem with the lungs, but also with the cardiovascular system.

3. Sweating from the nose

The lungs are in charge of the skin and hair, where the skin also includes the pores. When there is a problem in the lungs, the opening and closing function of the pores will be reduced, which is manifested by the fact that the bridge of the nose and both sides of the nose will ooze sweat for no reason without movement, and at the same time, this is a manifestation of the heat of the lungs and the deficiency of lung qi.

When the lungs are injured, a person is vulnerable

1, women hurt lungs, old age fast

People with bad lungs not only have unglamorous skin, they are also particularly allergic.

This is because the lungs have a function to promote Wei Qi and act as a 'protective shield' equivalent to a layer of our body.

When the lung qi is weak, the skin lacks the protection of Wei qi, and is then stimulated by cold, heat and pollen, allergies are prone to occur.

2, men hurt lungs, easy to get cancer

Men tend to have the habit of smoking, which hurts their lungs.

Numerous studies have shown that smoking is the leading cause of lung cancer, and that the risk of lung cancer is on average many times higher in smokers compared to non-smokers, and up to 10 times higher in heavy smokers.

3. The elderly hurt the lungs and become sick

Respiratory disease is high in winter, and many patients with chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) have recurring conditions.

Elderly people also often feel short of breath and weak, which is actually one of the symptoms of decreased strength of respiratory muscles and even lung function damage.

It is the lung's most important job to be "the master of respiratory air", and it is connected to the nose and mouth, so that gases can enter the lungs directly from there.

Injury to the lung qi leads to respiratory symptoms such as coughing and wheezing, which can lead to bronchitis, pneumonia, lung cancer and other diseases.

4. Children's lungs are injured and they can't stop coughing

Autumn and winter, children are particularly easy to catch a cold and cough, is because the lungs are not good, and the fall is the best time to raise the lungs, this time not to raise the lungs, is equal to bury the health risks, children will cough at the drop of a hat.

Lungs have 8 fears that are best avoided

1、Fear of dryness

After the beginning of autumn, the climate gradually turns dry, easy to consume fluid, so the fall is common dry mouth and nose, dry cough without phlegm, dry skin cracks and other symptoms.

2、怕寒

The lungs are located in the chest cavity, and the meridians are connected to the throat and nose. Cold is most likely to offend the lungs through the nose and mouth, so that the lungs can not be dispersed, fluid condensation, thus inducing colds and other respiratory diseases.

3、Fear of heat

When the lungs are heated, symptoms such as cough and wheezing (bronchitis and pneumonia) can easily occur, and if there is heat in the lungs and stomach, it can also lead to facial acne and rosacea.

4. Fear of sadness

Grief and sorrow are different, but they are both negative emotions. The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine says, "When you are sad, your qi disappears." This means that excessive sadness or sorrow is most likely to damage lung qi.

5. Fear of pollution

Lung for the "clean and empty organ", but haze, long-term smoking, second-hand smoke, indoor pollution from time to time to hurt it, leading to phlegm and drink stagnation in the alveoli, blocking the airway, clear gas can not be inhaled, turbid gas can not be discharged, on the sea of air does not circulate, the blood can not circulate properly!

6. Fear of inability to pass stools

Chinese medicine believes that the lungs and the large intestine meridians are connected, and smooth bowel movements are conducive to the downward movement of lung qi.

7. Fear of taking the wrong medicine

The wrong medication is a major factor in hurting your lungs, though professional respiratory physicians generally don't make mistakes.

8. Fear of disease

Such as colds, bronchitis, asthma, emphysema and even lung cancer, these diseases can accelerate the damage of lung function to varying degrees. Therefore, early treatment of cough is the key.

Take care of your lungs with these tips

1, often laugh - declared lung

In traditional Chinese medicine, it is said that "Laughing is good for the lungs". Laughing can make the lungs expand, and when people laugh, they will also unconsciously take deep breaths to clean up their airways and make them breathe freely.

2, often massage - lung protection

Press Yingxiang point, massage the outside of both thumbs up and down along the bridge of the nose and the sides of the nose for about 60 times, and then massage the Yingxiang point on both sides of the nose for 20 times, and do 1-2 groups in the morning and evening every day.

3, often active cough - net lung

Industrial pollution and automobile exhaust fumes on the lung damage is great, therefore, the fall should pay attention to open windows and ventilation, every morning and evening to choose the air fresh place active coughing, remove pollutants in the lungs.

4, often active drinking water - benefit lungs

Drinking more water benefits the lungs. The dry climate in the fall makes the body lose a lot of water. To replenish these losses in a timely manner, drink at least 500ml more water per day than in other seasons.

5, often deep breathing - clear lungs

Moderate deep breathing helps clear the lungs.

Abdominal Breathing: Stretch out your arms to expand your chest as much as possible, then use your abdomen to drive your breathing, which can increase your lung capacity.

Lip-contracted breathing: take a quick breath in and exhale slowly like a whistle, the goal is to keep more air in the lungs and allow full gas exchange in the lungs for a measured number of times.

6, often exercise - healthy lungs

Do more chest expansion exercises and outdoor aerobic exercise: running, hiking, swimming, etc.

7, often eat porridge - nourish the lungs

Chinese medicine believes that the silver fungus can nourish yin and moisten the lungs; lily can clear the heart, moisten the lungs and tranquilize the spirit; yam has the spleen and stomach, benefit the lungs and tonify the kidneys, you can drink some silver fungus and lily porridge, yam porridge and so on appropriately.

8, often food therapy - moisturize the lungs

Sydney, silver fungus, honey, lily of the valley and white radish are all effective in moisturizing the lungs.

Lungs are the respiratory organs of the body and are mainly responsible for the uptake of oxygen throughout the body. We know that people have lungs on the left and right sides and the heart in the center. The heart, a family of lungs, are linked together through blood vessels. The human body has two circulations, the major circulation is also called the body circulation, that is, the heart through the excretion, the blood containing oxygen shot to the whole body, for the whole body tissues and organs of energy and oxygen. The small circulation is mainly the pulmonary circulation, the heart's blood, through the lungs after gas exchange, oxygen diffusion to the oxygen-deficient venous blood, and then recycled to the heart, and then shot to the whole body. Therefore, the lungs are mainly responsible for the supply of oxygen to the whole body.

Oxygen is a necessary substance for the survival of our body and life. Without oxygen, the organs and tissues of the whole body cannot fulfill their normal physiological functions without oxygen supply, leading to organ failure and death of life.

If the lungs are not good, the main manifestation is the lack of oxygen, the lack of oxygen will appear dyspnea, shortness of breath, the body feels not enough air, shortness of breath, chest tightness and other manifestations. In addition, due to the heart and lungs family, bad breathing will affect the function of the heart, in addition to the lack of myocardial oxygen supply caused by cardiac dysfunction, dyspnea caused by heart failure is also the main clinical manifestations. After the whole body lacks oxygen, the function of all organs will be impaired, so the whole body will show various discomforts.

Thanks for the invitation!

Lungs are an important respiratory organ of our body, but also an important blood-forming organs, however, our lungs are very fragile, and now the social and economic development, but we live in an increasingly polluted environment, haze, smoking, harmful gases, etc. are very common, and often the impact of these factors will lead to our lungs respiratory tract problems, such as acute and chronic pneumonia, asthma, tuberculosis, lung cancer, chronic Obstructive lung disease, pulmonary heart disease, pneumothorax, pulmonary alveoli, silicosis and so on these diseases are prone to occur.

There are 4 symptoms that tend to occur if you have bad lungs:1, inexplicable prolonged cough, and does not heal 2, sputum repeatedly with blood 3, vague pain in the chest 4, chest tightness, shortness of breath, dyspnea, these symptoms are relatively common in our lives, but the early symptoms are generally not obvious, and many respiratory diseases have more than a similarity of symptoms, so it is difficult for patients to pay attention to the first time, or it is difficult to identify in detail, which would delay the treatment, thus making the condition worse.

If we want to be alert to lung disease we need to be aware of its symptomsIf you are not feeling well, you must go to the hospital in time for examination and treatment. There are many items for examination, such as imaging tests, pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, examination of sputum, and so on.

Life should pay attention to prevention. Usually should avoid fatigue, tension and other factors, strengthen physical exercise, especially in winter to protect the respiratory tract and chest from the cold, pay attention to keep warm, usually drink more boiled water, quit smoking and alcohol.

The physiological functions of the lungs are the main qi, the main propagation and descending, the main water circulation, the main direction of the veins, and the main storage of the vital energy. The lung takes the main qi as its basic physiological function, and the main propagation and descending as its main form of operation. Lungs through the Xuanfall movement to assist the heart, regulating the whole body's gas, blood, fluid transmission operation, so there is the lungs main section, for the "phase Fu of the official" said. Lungs are clean and weak organs, lungs are delicate, intolerant of cold and heat; and up through the nose, outside the skin, the most vulnerable to evil. External infection, phlegm and drink, are easy to injure the lung, so there is a "lung for the delicate organs".

I: If due to the external six or phlegm and drink obstructing the lung, the lung is not declared, breathing abnormality, can be seen in coughing and wheezing, or chest tightness and asthma and other diseases.

Second: If the lung's respiration is abnormal, the generation of zongqi is insufficient, and can involve the deficiency of qi of the whole body, and see tiredness and weakness, less breath and lazy speech and other symptoms.

Third: If the lungs are not purged, then abnormal breathing, chest tightness, asthma, or obstruction in the transmission of fluid, and phlegm, edema, or dysuria are seen.

Fourth: If the lung qi abundant qi smooth, the blood transportation is normal; if the lung qi weak or congestion, the blood line is weak, then the blood line is not smooth, or even blood congestion, palpitation chest tightness, lips and tongue purple and other symptoms.

In addition, the lung in the body and skin, its China in the hair, if the lung gas is weak, can lead to Wei Qi is not solid and see sweating, or easy to catch a cold, or hair loss of moist and see withered not choose. Lung in the time for the fall, the climate in the fall more cool and dry, and the lungs for the Qing deficiency of the organ, like wet evil dry, so dry easy to hurt the lungs, and see the dry cough without sputum, dry mouth and nose, dry skin cracks and other symptoms.

The lungs are located in the thoracic cavity, connected to the airway, and connected to the throat and nose, with the throat as the gateway to the lungs and the nose as the external orifice of the lungs. The main physiological functions of the lungs are the main qi and respiration, the main line of water, and the main treatment of the joints towards the hundred veins. Lungs and nose, skin and hair, the large intestine constitute the lung system, the lungs are clean and delicate, intolerant of cold, heat, dryness and humidity, susceptible to external aggression, so there is a "delicate viscera" of the name.

The wind-heat invades the lungs and the guards, then cough, sputum thick and yellow, nasal congestion, yellowish and turbid flow, fever, slight malignant wind-cold, dry mouth, sore throat, red tongue. In addition, the skin and hair depend on the nourishment and moisturizing of Wei Qi and fluid, and if the lung is deficient in fluid and the lung is deficient in qi, the skin and hair can be seen to be withered and unattractive.

Frequent coughing and wheezing, phlegm and chest pain, sore throat and hoarseness, nasal congestion and runny nose, as well as edema, may be lung lesions, which need to be taken seriously. If the symptoms of fever and runny nose are not controlled for a long time, it may lead to pneumonia, and lung lesions are mainly caused by coughing and wheezing.

Vigilance lung lesions can take the following measures: 1, clothing: keep warm, add clothing in a timely manner to prevent colds, wear masks and other necessary protection to avoid inhalation of dust, bacteria, etc.; 2, food: eat more nourishing yin moistening the lungs of food such as pears, yams, lotus root, radish, honey, etc., avoid spicy and stimulating food, easy to catch a cold, you can usually use astragalus bubble water to drink, to enhance the immune system. 3, live: to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment Clean and hygienic, open the windows regularly to ventilate the room; 4, maintain good living habits, avoid smoking, limit alcohol, work and rest on time, do not stay up late, not overwork; 5, sadness hurts the lungs, lungs hurt the gas consumption. To maintain an optimistic mood, avoid excessive sadness.
